Website Terms of Use
Effective and last updated: September 25, 2026
These Website Terms of Use govern access to and use of moramontsolutions.com and the related pages, forms, customer portals, downloads, calculators, and online tools operated by Moramont LLC dba Moramont Solutions (“Moramont,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Together, these are the “Site.”
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use personal information.
These Terms apply only to use of the Site. Paid installation, support, hosting, and managed services are governed by a separate signed Master Client Services Agreement, quote, or other written contract. If there is a conflict, the signed services contract controls for that work.
1. Company
The Site is operated by Moramont LLC, doing business as Moramont Solutions. Questions may be sent to sales@moramont.com or discussed by calling (512) 639-7313.
2. Intended Users
The Site is intended for business customers and prospects. By using it, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, are using it for a lawful business purpose, and have authority to act for an organization when submitting a form, ticket, or request on its behalf.
3. Site Content Is Informational
Service descriptions, process summaries, partner mentions, support options, blog posts, and similar content are general information. They are not a bid, guarantee, professional advice, or a commitment to perform specific work at a specific price or schedule. Work, equipment, and ongoing support require a written proposal, quote, or signed agreement from Moramont.
4. Quotes, Forms, and Online Estimators
Submitting a contact form, calculator estimate, ticket, or other request does not create a contract. Online calculators produce estimates only, not formal quotes, invoices, or offers. Final pricing depends on scope, locations, equipment, service level, and a written quote. Prices, package names, and figures shown on the Site may change and may not apply to your environment.
5. Customer Portals, Tickets, and Uploads
Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and do not submit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, malicious, or unauthorized content. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Response times and covered support work are controlled by your active services agreement and purchased service level.
6. Downloads and Remote Support Tools
Install Moramont remote support software or assessment tools only on systems you are authorized to manage. Some tools may trigger operating-system security warnings. With your permission during a support session, a Moramont technician may view or control a device. Third-party remote-support and ticketing platforms are also subject to their vendors’ terms. You are responsible for your backups and for following your company’s security policies before installing software or granting access.
7. Acceptable Use
Do not use the Site unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or availability, upload malware, submit material you have no right to share, impersonate another person, misrepresent an affiliation, or copy Site content wholesale to create a competing offering. We may block access when needed to enforce these Terms or protect the Site, customers, or systems.
8. Intellectual Property
The Site’s text, design, logos, graphics, layout, and other materials are owned by Moramont or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Third-party product and partner names belong to their owners. You may view and print pages for internal evaluation, but may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written consent except as allowed by law.
9. Third-Party Links
Third-party websites, portals, documentation, and partner pages are outside Moramont’s control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability. A link or partner mention is not an endorsement beyond what we expressly state.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, TOOLS, DOWNLOADS, ESTIMATORS, AND MATERIALS AVAILABLE THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY TEXAS AND OTHER APPLICABLE LAW, MORAMONT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that its content is complete, accurate, or current. Warranties for installed equipment or professional services appear only in a separate written agreement, manufacturer warranty, or signed proposal.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MORAMONT AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ARISING FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MORAMONT’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SITE OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO US $100. These limits apply only to website use and do not alter a separate signed services agreement.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Moramont and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or submitted content that infringes another person’s rights, except to the extent caused by Moramont’s willful misconduct.
13. Privacy and Electronic Communications
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. When you send email, forms, or tickets, you agree that we may respond by email, ticket, phone, or a Site posting and that those communications satisfy legal writing requirements to the extent permitted by law.
14. Changes
We may change the Site or these Terms. The last-updated date will change when we revise them. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by Texas law without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for a dispute arising from these Terms or the Site is the state courts of Burleson County, Texas, or the federal court whose district includes that county, unless a separate signed agreement provides another venue.
16. General Terms
If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement regarding Site use and replace prior website terms on that subject. They do not amend a separate signed services contract. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without prior written consent. Moramont may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.
